Mooooo, all.

So, I just checked back on the CF card problem thread I ranted about last night. Guess what? There's been another response talking about how many people have SDHC card issues and how there really ought to be a sticky about it. GAH!!!

I think that at this point they've got to be conspiring to do this to me for sport, because I can't think of any other reason for that thread to be so deliberately annoying to me. I hope against hope that the OP will return to the thread with news.

Maybe I should request the thread be moved someplace else so they can't find it again?

I definitely agree that there are a lot of lessons to be learned from that thread. Most about reading and comprehension, though. :p:lol::p:lol::p

Have you gone back and said that there is a distinct difference between the two card they're referencing?

That's what gets me. I can't for the life of me figure out how to read that question, AT ALL, and have the first thing that comes to mind be to buy an SDHC reader. I can sort of understand a long and unclear question, but this one?:confused::confused:

I went back and took another look at that thread and noticed that the responders have post counts under 100. One offering up advice has a post count of 4. I also noticed that none of them have gear lists in their signatures. For all we know they could be shooting with some inexpensive P&S that uses SD cards and don't even know there are other forms of camera memory.

I came across a thread recently that really got my blood pressure up. There was nothing wrong with the thread, per se, it was just one of those things that crossed my wires. It actually was kinda weird to that that reaction.

GAH! Someone tell me where the Championship game is being played because the game I'm watching is worse than some of the worst I've seen all season. GAH!

Riles, I think you did great with your 30D. Those are very good shots.
