Playing with photoshop on a Pic of my car

Tell me what you think of this picture. I am still new at photoshop and photography in general. I was going for a picture with some pop. I know that it looks like there was a lot of post processing, but I'm trying out lots of different techniques i've learned. Please feel free to critique the photography, and the post processing.

Heres another one with the saturation bumped up a little bit. Seems like when I converted file to jpg, it lost some of the color, so I changed the saturation and resaved.

I think the first one is striking. Great color and texture contrasts.

The second is just a touch too saturated, to my eyes - at least next to the first.
