Halloween Party last saturday night.... this is one of my best friends.... I wanna make it creapy looking....

Edit the Levels in the photo. Make everything dark darker and everything light, lighter. To make the background less distracting and the image to POP. I also darkened some parts of his face with the Burn Tool and added a thin frame.

Nice edit but I'd suggest cloning in some real red bloodshot veins into the whites of the eyes and maybe change the color of the irises to pink or something like that. And if the red paint is supposed to be blood, create a wound on the top of his head in the balding area.

If you use high contrast, desaturate the yellow and play with the liquify tool ;) , it makes him look evil....

Give it a darkening and a Cross process, seriously. I'll do it if I get by my big machine.
