Here's yet another senior photo session. This is Becca. Becca seemed very shy, and uncomfortable, and it was quite hard to get her to engage the camera. So this probably isn't my best work... but I just heard back from Becca and her mom, and they were VERY pleased with the results... so for that, I'm happy! Anyway, here are a few from the shoot on Sunday... Now I just have 2 engagement session to process from Sunday as well... lol...

EDIT:
It looks like the save for web out of CS3 softened these a little bit... The originals are much sharper...

These are nice. The BG in the first one is a little busy but overall they look good

Pics look great Tom! I'm thinking the second one could use a little rotation to even up the horizontal and vertical lines. ....that's all I have to bring to the table.

I'm glad I have you as a mentor.
I hope your engagement pics turned out well too ;)

Excellent shots Tom. Number 2 could use alittle rotation but still a great shot. Keep up the good work.

I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

The comparison between #3 and the others definitely shows why it's best to dress well for senior shoots.

I always tell my clients to bring a lot of different outfits... even if we won't use them all... of that, I tell them to include at least one "nicer" outfit (dress/shirt & tie)... It works out well because I love doing shots like that in #3 and the seniors love doing shots in their every day clothes that show their personality...

All great shots, I can see why they would be pleased. Personally I would crop #1 to bring her out of center. #3 is definitely my favorite.

The first thing I noticed about these shots are how well the subject is posed. Did you coach her or has she had some experience as a model? In either case, I can see why they were pleased with your work. Congrats.

I think they turned out great. The first one I would burn or add a black shadow frame around her to make it pop. The second one is slightly crooked. I would straighten it or make it more crooked.
The third is classic. Very nicely done.
