Looks like the Steelers have it sown up! But good game. It's nice to have that every once in a while.

Steelers worked hard that last minute. I feel bad for the Cardinals, but they played well. They beat the spread.

I agree Suzy, both teams deserved it, and both played very hard!

It is a game.... But I'm for the Steelers!!!

Kathy..

I've wanted to use one, but could not figure out how to handle that huge roll of paper...

Bob gave me a very quick fix for that!

Are you going to share the idea? Pretty Please:D

That was quite a game! Wow! I love those edge of the seat endings!

It's dark out but I am going out for a walk. Too much computer and I am disappointed in the SB :(

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

I am trying to get caught up on editing photos..... I try not to let myself get too far behind but after a busy December abd January, I am still working on them.

Here is a cute little costas hummer that posed and preened for me for about 10 minutes last week :)

I love the bird picture, how cute!

I'm still no where near caught up on editing either, don't feel alone!:)

When you realize they are only as big as your pinky and fast as a bolt of lightening, it's a wonder we get any shots of them at all.

I didn't realize they were that small, how cute!

What lens did you use to get that shot?

I used my 100-400 and was about 8 feet from the bird. In all my years, I have never seen one sit so still for so long... I got aout 30 shots of him and he came back the next day for more :)
The purple collar is called a gorget and they rarely hold their heads still when sitting, hence the motion blur.

The 40D is a pro camera if you use it like one. Geez. :)

I know it is and I try to as much as I can....:p

Great photos Maureen. Love the purple coloring.

Seems the 100-400 would be the next likely choice for me when I decide to purchase another lens.

I got it early 2008 for soccer, but it is a wonderful lens for just about anything. I love it. So, I am keeping the 70-200 2.8 IS and selling the f4. I am keeping the 100-400, 24-70, 17-40 and maybe getting an UWA soon. But the 5D will be on order today.
