First of all, Suzie...we are going for Tuxedo cheesecake when I get back there. My fave!!

I love the crazy booth shots, Kathy.... I think your little granddaughter is hilarious :)

Mmmmmmm, Chinese food!

Lisa, I bet you will see them more than you think. Get a web cam and you can see/talk everyday!!

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Well, I'll just put that on the schedule, Mo. We can meet Jim there. He's not too far. Chinese food is okay here, not great, but in DC there is a very small Chinatown. If we get bored, we can try some. I'm thinking you need some good southern food. Anyone for deep fried chicken? Okay, just a taste. :) And there's always Five Guys.

I just bought 2 4gb Ultra II's for $19.99 each at Staples yesterday. I thought that was pretty good. I wish I had the money for Extreme IV's, but it's not going to make a whole lot of difference for me coming up. The more memory the better with my new camera.

How is everyone tonight?

Elaine and I are 100% for cheesecake :)

We went to Cracker Barrel tonight...had cornbread and a veggie plate: fried orka, corn, greenbeans, pinto beans, turnip greens, and sweet ice tea...it doesn't get any better :)

I just finished 20 8x10s for my family shoot...tossed in a dozen or so 5x7s as well. Tomorrow I am going online to MPIX.com to order a poster sized print of the entire family...after my friend picks her favorite.

I have us down for weddings on 30 May and 23 June. Are there other dates? Let me know and I'll block the dates on my calander :)

I am full of good food and fixing to start a new book..."Heros of WWII" about Medal of Honor winners from that conflict.

With that new 5D MII you need some 16 Gig CFs

Nope, those dates are set. The last one is a maybe. And I'm seeing you next Saturday, right?

Oh, can you help entertain Mo in March? Put the last week in March on your calendar to meet up with Mo that week.

Tell me if it's a good book. I'm interested.

Also, I have now 8 4gb cards. You think that's enough? Each can take 120 images RAW+ M JPEG.

Next Saturday is the Chinese New Year event at Fair Oaks...right?

For sure I want to link up with you and Mo...Cherry Blossoms, Cheese Cake, the Mall, Air & Space Museum, Mount Vernon, etc :) Just let me know the final dates...I'll take one day of leave or perhaps two :)

And, if you get more wedding dates just let me know.

I know. I've got to clean still. AHHHH! Can you imagine the two of us on POTN together at my house? That'll be too much fun? Maybe we should have more people here and we can all go on at the same time and talk to each other on line. :)

Mo, I am looking forward to meeting you and showing you our favorite photo ops. Some great restaurants as well :) Is Skip going to come as well?

That would be great. At least one day, Jim. She will want to be in DC most of the time. I was hoping to plan something to meet up with Jon and maybe others.

I actually am coming back to meet folks and if the cherry trees are blooming, that would be a bonus. I am seriously free to follow wherever you guys lead.
