Good morning, Natalie. How's the family?

Good Morning Tom!!!! The family is doing fabulous. Little Jacob is just getting cuter and cuter. I'm having a hard time putting him down. Even though he makes my arm fall asleep and my shoulder hurts lol.

How are you doing today?

I'm on food overload. We tooka a client to lunch yesterday at Tommy Bahama's.....ate too much. Then, we met our friend, the police chief, at the Jackalope Ranch last night...ate too much. Today, we're meeting another client for lunch at Matsui's, a local Japanese restaurant. I expect I'll eat too much.

Usually, we only eat out once a week (not counting fast food, etc.), so I'm about two weeks ahead on my eating right now, and I'm feeling every bite of it.

Glad to hear you're enjoying motherhood. Jacob should be glad he has a mom who really loves him. He will appreciate it someday.

Wow sounds like you are getting a nice round of yummy food! Getting ahead of yourself isn't bad at all! Hahahahaha all ya have to do is enjoy the nice fullness you get!! Life is short so enjoy every bite!!! And if you want to send any left overs my way feel free!!!

To be honest all I ever wanted to do when I grew up was to be a mom so Jacob is heaven sent for me. :) I will just have to work on not trying to smother him when he gets older LOL. That would not be too fun for him so I have to remember that lol. Then hopefully he will appreciate me more rather than not getting along lol. That's my biggest fear, having my kids hate me :( lol

Natalie, you sound like me. I got tennis elbow so bad with my last one, I had to have physical therapy. But yes, it's hard to put them down, or even stop kissing them.

Food is good. I'm going out right now. I ate so little yesterday. Right. I have to post one.

My dreamed about hot pastrami on rye with deli mustard and coleslaw from the Carnegie Deli yesterday.

The two ladies next to me (they seat every seat whether you know the people or not and charge $13 even if you don't order anything) had a Carnegie Deli special Reuben and the corn beef is covered in Swiss and the thousand island sauce is overflowing the little sauce cup.

No human being can finish a sandwich. Two or three could eat just one.

It was delicious.

Yup. The pastrami did me in. We're having Japanese food for lunch, but I won't be happy till I have my pastrami. Fortunately, we have two good places for it----Manhattan Deli, and Sherman's Deli.

I'd also love some cabbage soup, too.
