Hi, Mo.

The Gottschalks 'going out of business' sale was something of a joke, and it seemed to go on forever. I'm glad you were able to find things. I was looking for kitchen things, and all the good stuff was only marked down 20%. I can do that any day of the week at Bed, Bath, & Beyond.

The last week was good good for me. I bought a pair of Keds, a pair of Liz Claiborn dress shoes, dress slacks, a pair of Karen Neuberger pj's, two casual shirts and a pair of capris for $68 total :)

The dress slacks alone were originally $69 and the Liz Claiborn heels were $109. The pj's were also $54 and the Keds were $30. So I did really well and am very happy.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Good Morning, All!

Off to Roanoke, VA this morning for our company quarterly Board of Director's Meeting. Tonight we are having dinner at Carlos' Brazilian Restaurant...french fried lobster tail for an appetizer and then chicken with black olives over spicy rice for my entree :D Oh yum! Tomorrow we will dine at Frankie Rowans' one of the best steak houses on the planet! And, in between we might get some work accomplished ;)

I have the G10 in tow so I will try to grab a shot or two to torture everyone with :)

That sounds magnificent, Jim. I can't imagine french fried lobster.

Absolutely nothing interesting going on here. We're up at 4:30 to take brother-in-law to the airport. We'll probably just spend the rest of the day doing odds and ends.

The high point of my day is likely to be lunch. I made a batch of Spaghettie and meatballs yesterday. That means meatball sandwiches for lunch, and they are absolutely yummy. I put them on a torpedo roll with provolone cheese, then stick it under the broiler for a couple minutes.

Yum.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Meatball subs are the best! It is a "stick to the ribs" meal for sure :)

I took the boys swimming and now Nick is asleep and Aaron is watching Coraline in 3D.

I attempted photos today and then wondered why I torture myself like that. No flash, in front of a big window. Disinterested kid and wriggly baby :(

They look great to me, Mo. The baby sure seemed to be enjoying himself.

Evening to all,

We had a wonderful dinner at Carlos' tonight. As promised here is a shot of the french fried lobster. And here is a shot of a Roanoke sunset taken from the restaurant patio. G10 moments for sure :)

I admire your restraint, Jim. If I had that lobster in front of me, I sure wouldn't be messing around with my G10.
