Hi Kathy,

I feel your pain...I shot a wedding in a gym two years ago...I gave up on camera set WB :( Thank goodness for PSCS2. Did I mention how many EXIT signs I had to clone out? ;)

Now that takes it all.....a wedding in a gym! That has to be a photographers nightmare! Yeah exit signs and banners from every sport ever played in it since the place was built! UGH!

This was a Mormon wedding and the Mormon's will not allow photography in their church sanctuary. So the the couple opted for the GP room...read gym complete with striped floors and basketball hoops. Her Mon and Dad did a super job of dressing it up, but the lighting was awful. Here is an unedited sample...note the floor and the Exit sign...and the awful backdrop. I wore out my mouse editing these photos.

That gym looks pretty nice! Tomorrow I will post a shot of the gym I was working in, you won't believe how yellow it is! The floor and bleachers are laquered yellow wood, it's HORRIBLE! And it doesn't just look that way in photos, it's equally as gross just to look at!:D

Yeah I got an email refer from a couple that know a model I know. They are getting married int he same place I shot the last wedding....ICK...the lighting the church is horrible...so we will see if they accept the price I quoted them.....I really hate having sick people in the family. Means I am usually the one that stays up and makes sure they are all ok.
