I've shot a few weddings previously with an 85L but this past Sunday I had decided to change things up and grabbed my 35L to mate with my 5D. With this combo I was still able to shoot inside the reception hall w/o flash @ iso3200, f/1.4, 1/60th. I really liked the focal length since I was closer to the action. If further away, I'm sure I wouldve missed a lot of the action shots.

Here are a few samples with more available on my flickr stream (external link). Click for larger res.

That set up sounds awesome combination. I have shot a wedding with only 5d and 50 1.4, which turned out really well.
Your pictures look great. Although it's really hard to judge the qulity from these small samples, knowing what you used I am sure they are fine!
Good job!
