you're right, it is a shame. The first 200 and some post or so were doing well. and then it all went down hill.

You guys and girls should try to do a little better, this is what this thread is for, learn new technique and show your skills.

It is better if the image you include are yours, but it is ok to use the internet also. But try somehow to use good quality image.

Practice on your layer mask technique instead of erasing with a feather brush, take the time to do it right. You can also adjust color tone and shadows to make it fit the main image.

All these little things will make you practice to be better at Photoshop and it will help you when the time comes that you need to do something to your own photo album.

Please don't just slap your image on top of the others or change the whole image without including the previous image.

And take your time, this is why you can RESERVE your spot, and take up to 3 hours to make your image look good.

This game is for all level of Photoshoppers and its meant for learning and most of all, having fun.

So what your saying is, do a the best job you can and include the previous image in the picture.

You can cover up others stuff, if it improves the image, but not just stick something on in 2 seconds. Do the best you can.

However, I must say, I wouldn't spend 3 hours to edit something for this... I can do it in 1/2 hour tops. :p

Here I am, at the Party! Who wants to come for a swim?? We also need some drinks... anyone??

Rules--

1) ALL content made must be appropriate and follows POTN forum rules.
2) Must stay in the original file size dimensions. (DO NOT RESIZE) follow the POTN rules on image size of 800px on the bigger side.
3) Each turn must change the image from the last turn, but still retain elements from the previous image.
4) After you do your turn you must wait for a minimum of 2 alters to be made, or wait 3 hours.
5) After you make an alter, post it as a jpeg.
6 ) Once you start editing a photo you may reserve a spot to make sure no one jumps your post.
7) Reserves generally last 3 hours max. Extra time can be allowed if you are almost done, just make sure you make a post saying that.

If, most of all, it's meant to be fun for everyone, what's with the moaning and complaining? That isn't directed just at yourself either.

Perhaps your rules should have been more specific if things aren't going the way you, or others have anticipated.

Honestly--- the thread went downhill when I made a horrific attempt at photoshop minipulation --- I take the blame but honestly this is a fun thread--- someone else can make a serious one. This thread is more entertaining than most hit movies! :D
