The other night I had 4 different knd of cereals with milk. In one bowl. That was pretty good..

Otherwise, I try not to eat so late. I get a really big glass of water, and sip at that.

Yikes!! Really?

It's a leftover habit from my bodybuilding days. Dry potatos. Dry greens. Flavor was obviously not a priority! Now I'm married to a woman who is an unbelievably gifted cook, and could never go back to a bland musclehead diet, but for quick nutritious energy I'll still sometimes grab a baked potato and start chompin'.

Dump a bunch of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a jar of super-chunk Skippy. Insert spoon, enjoy.

Milk and digestives. I also snack on a lot of fruit if I get hungry. And, OJ as well.

Hmm, normally I would eat some dry cereal. Chex generally. The baked potatoe has been done many times. I've heard during my college years that chewing raw coffee beans would do miracles? Not wanting to try that one!
I'm 45yrs old, late night energy comes from four teenage boys, and their friends! Tranquility comes from seeing our four little girls sleeping in their bunk beds. Taco Bell, or a White Castles trip on a friday night isn't unheard of either. After which sleeping in the living room is in order. Her request! Oh, so back to the question, if everyone is sleeping. Grapes are my favorite snack, or an apple!!!
