I was thinking of getting a new 450D soon and fancied getting a flashgun aswell to help me with some night time shots in mountain biking.

What would I need to be able to do this, links would be great as I haven't got that much of an idea really. Think I understand the principle but never looked into it before. :oops:

Help greatly recieved.

That's a good link. I was also considering the 430exii and 580exii, which are surprisingly similar in price now that the latter cost has dropped to around US$370.

Looking for a carbon tripod and head capable of supporting a 5D body and 35 mm L
