My first comment would be either crop in or get the whole person in the picture.
I love the pose of the first one the second ont I would have her more shaped like an s. She looks very hippy here and not to flattering.
hope that is not to harsh.

I agree with Cinbika. A tighter crop on the first one would draw the viewer to the subject instead of the busy background. I'm not sure why, but the model just doesn't look comfortable in the second shot, although the lighting and colours are great.
