Please .. I saw some signatures in forums and I want to know how I can make like it

You want to be able to make signatures like these? I don't know if I would call them "professional." What is the purpose of your making a signature? For business?

I would think having some graphic art abiltiy would probably be the place to start.

By the way, it's considered bad form to post the work of others. That whole messy copyright thing and all...

it's considered bad form to post the work of others.

And it's against the forum rules, too. I fixed your links.
