Sunset in Malaysia

I can't decide which one looks the best, so here are two versions of the same sunset:

1. Dark

#2 is closer to the reality, but I also like the dramatic look of the first processing.

Taken with a Canon 400D & nifty fifty combo. Av mode: F4, ISO 200, exposure compensation - 1EV. Shot in Raw.

As is I'd go the second, but reckon the first would be a better pic by cropping away the top quarter or so...less noise than the second which has been brought out by ligtening - very nice :-)

Number two but please get rid of the lights in the bottom of the frame ... They spoil the overall silhouette part .

I think I would like to see a crop somewhere between 1 and 2 as well. I like 2, but I also like the contrast of the black sky at the top in 1. Maybe cropping just where the color ends?

I also agree with removing the lights.

I want a big poser of the first one, I personally like the black top 1/3rd of the frame. Makes for more sinister image! awesome
