First time posting on this site. Please share your CC. I'm a 17 year old student from Virginia and started really getting into photography a little more than a year ago. Most photos are taken with my 30D. These are just some of my more favorite the past couple of months.

Good shots overall, with 5 and 6 being the best. In #1, the focus point is not clear. With the water being soft, the rocks should be sharp. In #2, the fire is a bit blown but I'm not sure you could have done much better and still gotten the rest of the image. In #3, it's crisp and clear. In #4, the contrast should probably be bumped up a bit. The last two tell a bit of a story and that's why they are better.

i like them overall, 1 is blurry, but thats about it, i think the 3rd to last kind of has a dark tone to it, but i actually like that, u could add more contrast to it, but i think it looks really interesting how it is. Please check out mine (my post is right below yours)

1. i like the first shot, but the background should be more in focus. maybe bump up the saturation a little bit.
2. out of focus. focus the cowboy, and recompose a little to move the fire to the left a little.
3. nice focus, but the burns in the leaf kinda detracts from the shot.
4. i like this one
5. nice shot, slightly out of focus.
6. awesome!

1. should be a bit brighter. i like the water motion .. maybe a tad bit more though
2. the background should be a bit brighter. love the fire though.. i think i'm going to experiment with fire shots.. thanks for the idea!
3... i see this as kind of bland. maybe get a creative angle on the leaf, get close up to the water.. get some other angle.. it seems boring
4. nice perspective, should be alittle bit lighter in my opinion though.
5. great shot. again maybe a bit lighter. but i love the story it tells.
6. def. the best shot. great DOF and lighting.. puppys face really tells a story. i love it.

thanks,

logan
