Personally if I were doing this I would have brought both my 24-70 and 70-200.

How's Springfield these days? I used to live there in the early 90s.

Things are pretty good here. We have almost the cheapest gas in the country which is nice ($1.89 right now). The city is having a lot of fiscal problems at the moment, so it will be interesting to see how everything turns out.

Well, I only brought my 50mm f/1.8. Glad I did, there was barely enough light even at f/1.8 to get a steady shot in most instances. Here are some pics from the incredible night:

Especially I like the picture with the guy holding the camera. But all are incredible. It shows that people in America start to believe again.

Very nice. I would have loved to have been there. I have some friends that are planning on flying to DC for his inauguration, that'd be very cool as well.
