Got lots of shots of these birds, very close but not easy as they do no stay still for more than a split second.

Well done, nice captures and sharp.I have never seen these type before, so lets hope someday soon.

Very good shots with the last one being my favorite. It can be really hard to photograph the Snow Buntings so you did well on these. :-)

'snappa' these were taken on my local patch at Northam Burrows Country Park, North Devon on Sunday. The Two birds were taking no notice of people and dogs who were within 5 or 6 feet of them.

That 400mm F 5.6 is one hell of a sharp lens. I think it's the sharpest one I've ever owned.
