Two totally different photos here...But both could be better in my opinion.

That 2nd one is way cool. How did you do it? I haven't the faintest idea how to suggest making it better unless you might clone out the speedlights so the apparitions have no obvious source.
The green pole kind of interrupts the first one's natural setting.

HI,
yeah the second one is done by long exposure and a LED flashlight. The other lights there are my garden lights. which are also LED.

The first one, do you mean the stem of the other flower?

Yep, I set the shot up, then simply pressed the button, walked into the shot and switched on the LED, ran about with it (you can see a hint of my legs on the far right of the light beam), then turned the LED off and walked out. The light painting part took me less then 5 seconds.

Wow, had me fooled on the LED shot.
Yes I guess I do mean that stem. It looked like a green pole to me.

#2 is well done I played with this using my friends kids a glow sticks. will post then soon.

Really cool...I love shots like #2.
