Feel free to c&c on this photo. I've only been into photography for a short while, but I love it so far. I took this photo while driving (one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding the camera outside, hehe), showing the backside of one of Malta's cathedrals and part of the citadel fortifications. I thought that a b&w conversion, especially with a red filter, added to the drama of the sky. The red filter introduced the graininess of the red channel, which I liked, so I left it there. I also left the tilt there intentionally, though I'm not sure about it.

The picture has been resized so the grain looks a bit too sharp I think. Anyway, feel free to comment! Thanks!

(Edit: Taken with a cheap obsolete p&s)

Taking photos with a fancy camera does not make me a photographer.

Thanks for the comments! :) Yeah I guess it's quite unconventional but I felt it gave it a certain organic look. Almost like a hazy dream.

I like the idea of noise for this shot, but I think this is too much noise.

compositionally it lacks. The cathedral is hiding in the corner.

It's lacking a point of reference. I can't tell if this is a small or large cathedral, is it up on a hill hence the angle of shot or what.
