Pose is bad. The pose is not flattering to her at all. Look at her arms - on both sides. They do not look flattering at all.

She is shot almost straight on - except for a slight turn of the head. For 99% of people, this is one of the most unflattering ways to photograph them. You need a full on model to shoot directly on like that. You need to shoot at an angle.

I don't like the soft focus - you need to get her eyes sharp.
