Hi and welcome to POTN. The image has good exposure and white balance, but the focus appears to be somewhat soft and I can't tell whether the main subject is the man in the background or the man in the foreground. My personal preference would have been to make the man in the background the center of interest and not include the other person in the composition because it seems to draw the viewers attention away without contributing to the overall theme of the image. The ladder is also somewhat intrusive. Can you provide more details about the image.

Welcome to the POTN.
You certainly picked the most demanding forum in which to make your debut.
We are merciless here, but you can expect to get constructive criticism.

In my opinion, the picture misses the mark in regard to isolation of the subject of interest and in regard to which is the subject of interest. The upper man seems to be the primary subject, but if so, then the foreground man is just a significant distraction.
If the foreground man were the subject of interest, then the problem would be that we cannot see what he is doing.

The exposure and color balance are quite good.

Don't give up - try again!

I'll disagree on the color / white balance. The foreground guy appears lighted by flash and is correct WB. The middle ground of the image, the tobacco leafs the guy in back has his left hand on, appears to be lighted by both flash and fluorescent, and the background wood, ladder, right side of straw mat, etc. appears to be greenish from fluorescent. This can be corrected in PS with layers.

Welcome to POTN. Keep shooting and posting!
