Hello,

I’ve been browsing 7dayshop as I’m in need of a new eye-piece cover and a screen brush. Anyway, I came across something made by “Hoodman” (I think) and it’s an eye piece that also has a plastic part on the bottom to cover the LCD display, but it’s for the 30D…. Can anyone recommend something similar that can be used with the 20D?

Thanks,
Amnesia

This one is for the 40D, but im sure they made one for the 20D. Its made by Delkin. Check out their website.

That's exactly it! :) Don't have £30 to spend right now.... but they were doing one for about £6 (sale) on 7dayshop... was for the 30D. I'll keep an eye out!

Would you say they work well?

Well I thought about getting one once, and the more I read on them the less I wanted one. First off I didnt like the idea of having to open and close that LCD flap as I want to look at my camera display. You have to shut it to shoot and open it every time you want to glance down for any reason. I also read that the buttons dont operate as good since they are overlayed with the Delkins buttons.

Oh I never liked those, they stick out too far and what if you need to hold the camera at a different angle to your face than just straight on.
