I like the shot, very pretty subject and very natural cute smile, the eyes look very sharp and expressive.
May I dare to suggest some pp whitening the teeth a little :o ?
Just my 2 cents

The eyes look way over-done, can you post the original?

All i did was
1. select polygonal lasso too set to 2 pixel feather - runaround her teeth,
Then select Hue/Saturation, yellows - drag sat down till yellow de- intensifys.
2. Select Hue/Saturation. Master. Lightness up by apx 14 (or whatever looks right)
3. Spot healing Brush Tool. Zoom in to apx 500 per cent and "heal" the worst "spots" on her face.
4. Filter, Noise Ninja, use the Brush tool in Noise ninja to "paint out her eyes" so they wont be affected, then Voila! - Done in 2 mins 30 secs....
