I like it, I wonder if a vignette effect might enhance it? The clouds look a little noisy, but other than that it's a very good shot, I'm glad you got the entire tree in it!

I don't see the noise in the clouds but I do see several dust spots on the sensor.

I like the photo, but I really like the tree.

I agree with the consensus here. Very nice B&W. You might try to work on the sky a bit to add some contrast there.
Acchildress, you got me looking for sensor dust. I found only one at the top of the frame. Where are the others?

I can only find them by downloading the file and looking at enlarged.

1 above the tree in the sky.
1 just to the left of the tree lower down.
1 just above the mountain under the tree, this might be something on the mountain.

I thought I remembered seeing one or two more but I can't find them now, so it's not bad. If you gotta hunt this hard for them then just fix them in PP.
