Oh...my Gawd!!!! These are amazing! Hard to pick a favourite but I think it'll be #6.
#8 has a "Ring" (the movie) feeling to it, so cool!

Very bizarre photos. Strangely enough, I like 'em. Not so sure about #8, as it does have a weird, horror feel to it. Love #5 actually. These are (to me) surprisingly likable, interesting shots! Great job! ;)

erik, thanks bro! EDIT: ps, i just checked out your website, and i'm really digging a bunch of the shots under "beauty". awesome!

collier, you sound surprised, lol. thanks, though, glad you like 'em. :) i'm curious why they're bizarre?

lol. Well, yes, I was surprised.

#5 is completely oof. As in NOTHING in focus and somehow it works... So that's pretty bizarre. Do I need to explain why #8 is bizarre? #6 is blown out, overexposed and flat, and somehow it works. Of course, these are my opinion, but I have a feeling that the B&G are going to love these!

square, thanks!

thanks for the explanation, collier :) i love hearing other people's opinions. that does makes sense. i'm glad i got 5 to work, with everything OOF ... that's what i was going for. 5 and 8 do work better in the context of the whole wedding, though. on their own they are cool, but weaker without the whole story. they were quite stoked on them!

sarah, thanks for the thread-jack. haha :)

sunlight makes it pretty easy to get sharp shots. compose, focus, *click*. i like shooting backlit, personally. against the sun, not with it. i have to say, with all due respect, i can't encourage you to shoot a wedding if you're still struggling with basic exposure and technical details.
