I do not what the protocol is for replying to old posts is, so if I am replying to one that is too old please forgive me and correct me as to the protocol on this site/forum.

I have had recent trouble (in about the past 2 weeks) with several picture files being corrupted. I deleted the files from the card and reformatted on the camera and have still had intermittent problems.

I am using a 'Migicstor' CF+ 2.2 gig type II card.

I am including 2 of the 3 examples.

Is this the card or the camera?

If it does the same with a different card then I would say the camera. But if it only does this with the one card then I would say the card. So be sure to try another card or two.

As for the white triangle, this will also happen if the card is full, it is always best to switch cards when it gets down to enough space for 8 to 10 images on it. Might also be the buffer got to full. Or, it could again be the card has a bad spot.

I have a Lexar Pro 2gb card that messes up at times, it doesn't mess the image up, just forgets to record the image, that I don't use anymore. The image shows on the LCD when I take the photo, and the card appears to have recorded it, but when I download to my computer I will be missing about 25 images (all right in a row). It done this to me twice (only used it twice), so I refude to use it again. It works fine to put images on to take in for printing, so I use it for that.
