I had a dream last night that I moved to NYC. My landlord was some surly dude. But the apartment we rented was decently sized. Had 2 balconies. I walked out on the corner balcony. There was no guard rail. I turned around and there was a guy from housing services, checking out the upkeep of the building, and was not very impressed with the lack of railing...
