I have one 430ex and I'm looking for a softbox. X-lite seems to be to small.
I'm wondering if 430ex has enough power for http://www.bhphotovideo.com …me_Q39_Softbox_White.html (external link) or for http://www.bhphotovideo.com …e_Q39_Softbox_White_.html (external link)

Which one suits better?
Thank you

With the double diffuse screen on, the 16x22 softbox and the 430 at full power can provide f4-5 @ 6 feet, iso100. Is that enough power for you?
