But I just had to record our first scratch made pumpkin pie! (First time making it with an actual pumpkin... Was INCREDIBLE!... No crust you may notice, I am not a fan of it so I just omit it!). Of course we made it extra spicy and topped with fresh made whipped cream with just a tiny bit of vanilla and sugar, of course. Seeded (roasted those) and prepped for roasting: After they were roasted (about hour and a half): Remove all the 'meat': Blended the meat and added the evap. milk, eggs, spices, sugar... Placed into pie glass-ware Final result: Was a very 'fall' food weekend all around though... Included the gobblerito at Med Mex in Pittsburgh (basically thanksgiving dinner in a burrito, OMG so good)... With it, had their seasonal pumpkin pie margarita which was very tasty. Had dessert at Market District which included Pumpkin and Cinnamon Gelato... And to top it off, bought some Pumpkin Soda to try... Which was also very good! Tonight, I just may have to open another Southern Tier Pumking... <3

More accurate is to use the white balance eye dropper tool and select a white/neutral area in the shot. From looking through this thread it seems like there's plenty of shots that are orange tinted from the overhead lights in the kitchen/restaurant. White balance is the first thing you should be fixing in these shots. thank you very much! seriously. i'm using a custom white balance on the camera, but never tried auto white balance on LR4 T3i Gripped | Canon 85mm f/1.8 | Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 | Sigma 17-50 f/2.8 | 580EX II
