Ahh ...beautiful dish, composition, light ... I could go on. You are bringing my eyes to the food and the food is gorgeous and appetizing. The deep blur on the background works for me here as well as the strong back light.

Nice work Tony - wish I was there!

Ditto to all that.

Is it just a piece of cheesecloth under the plate?

An attempt to do something with fruit leather, since it's flexible enough to be reshaped. Afterthought: I should have put the lightest piece in the middle. These are three different flavors, but the two darker ones are too similar in hue and tone.

This stuff is so sticky. I had to wash my hands a lot.

I appreciate the comments. Yes, I placed it there to soften it up a little.

Putting my new wooden countertop to use by having fun with beans. Afternoon window light from above left (not direct sun; window is in shade), more-distant window light from behind me, foam board propped up at right, camera braced against counter.

The buffet from an event I shot today. Outside, all natural light high noon. Canon 100L 2.8 Macro. The BBQ was to die for...

Hahaha i understand you
The lungs literally disobey the corpse and the brain orders and refuse to fill up with the surrounding air, until we got some distance with the dried fish :-P
