The dish looks lovely and the shot is good but I think the narrow depth of field hurts it slightly. The grated cheese on the top is out of focus and as such losing detail merging into a single mass.

I definitely agree the DOF was too narrow. I didn't make this food, it was my lunch while I was out and I was too eager to eat so just took the one shot then dug in  :p
