LOL Thanks. The nice part is that this allows long exposures and stack/layer/blends much easier.

Previously I'd have the Mrs. call some of her friends and that was inconvenient. One of them had beautiful well kept hands with long fingers. (Japanese gal.) She started working a different job so those nice fingers became worn. This opens up possibilities where I've become accustomed to having utensils laying in the frame.

I think it actually came out like that. The definitely add it after as an extra layer of cheese and then when it heats up, droops lovely.

Got to try the utensil rig out at our casual Italian place. Some lessons learned: plastic forks don't hold slippy stuff well. I had to snap these before they slid off. The other was that they lack rigidity so placing the lasagna and pasta was challenging as little movements shifted them. I'd have brought my own fork but these come out on plastic plates with plastic forks so that look is at odds. LOL. I wanted some stringy cheese but next time.
