Feb 12, 2020 22:42 | #5979 Got to try the utensil rig out at our casual Italian place. Some lessons learned: plastic forks don't hold slippy stuff well. I had to snap these before they slid off. The other was that they lack rigidity so placing the lasagna and pasta was challenging as little movements shifted them. I'd have brought my own fork but these come out on plastic plates with plastic forks so that look is at odds. LOL. I wanted some stringy cheese but next time.
