by far the hardest to photograph: souffle (one that's edible)
zero room or time for mistakes once it's out of the oven; unless the oven is right beside the set, there's no time to style the shot. Utterly frustrating to shoot. a couple of cameras + eyes that are starting to open + boatloads of patience
