The "District 18" in the window adds nice depth to the photo as well as the subject itself I think.

I wondered about the foot when I saw the picture later .as it seems to be in a special and bigger shoe (or slipper)
maybe the lady was wearing something loose fitting for comfort having been slightly injured lately

I was taking shots of some of them when the little old lady passed by

she reminded me of the song by Hoagy Carmichael 'little old lady passing by, catching everyone's eye...'
