I picked up a 120j for a good price. It has the 510v battery pack but no battery. I can't seem to find a battery to fit it.
Can anyone recommend other power sources for this? Something that will recycle faster and last longer than the 4 AA's.
Thanks

Is the battery pack you have the Sunpak TR-Pak II? If so, take a look at these re the battery used in that pack:

You can power a Sunpak 120J with the Al Jacobs Black Box. I use a Black box for 2 Nikon SB-800's and it's a well made product. With a single SB-800 at half power, and the Black Box fully charged, I get 1400 pops before I begin to notice slightly longer recycle times, and if I'm willing to work with those longer times I could fire off another 100 or so shots.

You can check out the Black Box, pricing, cables, etc at http://www.aljacobs.com (external link)
