Welcome to the forum. You did a nice job with this under very tough lighting conditions. This is the kind of scene that's almost made for taking several shots and blending them later.

a graduated nd would have been great here alternately do some post processing and select the sky and alter the contrast range. If you shot in RAW you can generate hi and low contrast versions and combine them in various programs as an HDR. Compostion would have been better without the stuff in the foreground as well
