Very nice image of the GWB, never thought it was possible to not have something going acroos the bride. Nice work you've done! Enjoyed your gallery a lot, miss Chinatown and Lower Manhattan. Thanks for sharing this and taking me home!

I am thinking it was not closed but its a time exposure so it appears there are no cars due to motion. I could be wrong. But this could explain the clouds too (assuming no PP).

You are not wrong. Exposure time was 47 seconds, long enough to make cars disappear :)

If you will follow this link => bridge (external link) you will find the EXIF of this photo (just hover you mouse over upper right corner of the photo)
