So we found this crazy orange wall, and i decided to take a shot of her. This was the one that came out decent. What do you think. I feel like her skins too red but it might be my monitor.

Wow..simply amazing eyes...

I'm assuming you didn't use any light other than ambient? The wall is very overpowering and OMM, it almost looks as if her left arm is totally blending into the wall.

Focus, exposure and such look great but that wall is too close to skin color without some light to help your subject pop a bit more.

I like the way the skin blends into the wall. I'd color the dress the same color to make it less distracting.

I'd post an example if you turn on "ok to edit images"

gorgeous model

her eyes are beautiful,
May be some whitening of the eyes white removing the red from the white and sharpening just a hair would help to make here expression even more stand out
Just my 2 cents

Why not try in portrait mode instead of landscape? I agree that the wall is too strong. I would move your gf a little further from it next time... Thanks for sharing

Agree with this. And here is something else I would do, and something I do to nearly every portrait. While she has GREAT eyes one of the things I would do is minimize the lines under the eyes. Don't remove them as that always looks to phoney, just minimize them. Here's how i do it...

Duplicate the background layer.
On the duplicate layer use the healing brush to totally smooth out all under eye lines.
Change the opacity of the dup. layer so some of the lines from the lower layer show through but not as defined as they were originally.

I'd like to see it portrait orientation also. the second image from the OP is better than the first, IMO.
