Hi there,
Something carried over from another of my forums. It has been a disappointingly uneventful year for me, and having exams slap bang in the middle of Airshow Season didn't help, but I've salvaged what I could:
First off is what I found to be the best display of the season, the Mirage at Biggin Hill.
Next up is probably my favourite shot of the year, as I feel I nailed the prob blur and it is somewhat dynamic. The noise from this DC6 was terrific and it flew a surprisingly tight routine.
"Positive Rate, Gear Up"
Another shot from Biggin - the quality isn't really there but again I like the fact that it is dynamic.
Hunter Rotation
Now a somewhat more creative shot, a close-up of a Tornado's business end.
Tonka Burner
Now for my final photo, I was pleased with the way I got the island of Corfu reflected on the forward fuselage of this 737 - taken on the last day of a great holiday.
Kerkyra Approach
Here's for a much more eventful and sunny 2009! (Didn't we say this last year about 2008..?

Thanks for looking,
Ben
