The lighting is decent; could stand a little more on the right side of her head/hair. Her hair blends in with the background.

Also, it seems a bit OOF.

On my monitor I see separation between her hair and BG; but I agree some hair light there would help the picture a bit. And I'd actually back off on your fill camera right to create a little more shadow. The soft box camera left looks about right. She is very photogenic, but you might want to smooth her forehead a bit.
Nice shot!

I feel like an idiot. My monitor is tilted upwards slightly (stupid college desks with crap on top) to fit, and I was slouching when I first looked at it *facepalm*. I still think it could have used a little light.

- Crop is a little odd.
- Colors seem dull/flat
- Catchlight in HER right eye (that'd be our left) is too large/noticeable.
- Backdrop is too well lit.
- Does look a little soft (as a previous poster mentioned).

My main objection would be the crop. Wrong choice of crop to accomodate placement of the eyes to conform to the ROT. I never object to "Kiss" cropping, but maybe cutting off some of her head is too much for me.

If you have the original, try a tight head shot that would satisfy the ROT with placement of the eyes

I absolutely like the lighting (including the catch lights)
