And I'd actually back off on your fill camera right to create a little more shadow. The soft box camera left looks about right. She is very photogenic, but you might want to smooth her forehead a bit. EOS 5D II, 40D, Sony R1, Olympus 1030, Canon S5-IS.

My monitor is tilted upwards slightly (stupid college desks with crap on top) to fit, and I was slouching when I first looked at it *facepalm*. I still think it could have used a little light. Wrong choice of crop to accomodate placement of the eyes to conform to the ROT. I never object to "Kiss" cropping, but maybe cutting off some of her head is too much for me. If you have the original, try a tight head shot that would satisfy the ROT with placement of the eyes I absolutely like the lighting (including the catch lights) I agree.
