If you look at the link - you'll see the small town main street where the parade was held. Tractors, fire engines, old cars and marching cub scouts. I'll be posting some more shots on my Smugmug site when I have time to do some more post processing.

I used a Canon 5D with the EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens for all the shots. Most were taken at ISO 320, 1/500th, f5.6. with a monopod to stabilize things. This was my second time out with this lens.

I would never have considered a 100-400 until I saw what you were able to do with yours at the POTN meet. The Canon lens rebate helped too.
