On one hand, there are the family sessions that you almost feel like you need to splash water on everyone's face to get them going, and then there are those that could have easily lasted hooouuurrrsss yet only felt like minutes. Yeah, I just had one of those and it really all comes down to whether or not they enjoy being around each other...

...adorable children never hurt either. :D

Very nice pictures. Kids are always good subjects to photograph, even if they aren't always co-operative...:)

Yeah, the little boy in that first shot usually has a pensive look on him. If I remember correctly, I was talking to one of his siblings in front of me (to his left) knowing that I was about to turn around and "catch" the expression. I saw him getting closer... closer... and I quickly turned around, composed, and made the image. Outside of the toning, that is straight out of the camera.
