I have not seen photos treated like this.its something I have to go back a few times and really look at..interesting to say the least!

Pretty nice work. My only suggestion would be to darken down the yellow light above the girl. It definitely draws the eye.

I'd second the suggestion to dampen the yellow light. Nice effect, the image really becomes about the overall surface/atmosphere and not the girl (subject) which is quite interesting. That's why the yellow light is distracting for me though, it becomes a focal point and undermines the overall treatment.
