Anyone ever heard of this brand or bought anything made by them? On a low budget and considering it. But cant find reviews on the net.

I wouldn't consider anything from them...............
You DO get what you pay for - just compare this stuff against known brands and the enormous price difference (look at the lenses - what prices if they were Canon, Sigma, Tamron or Tokina?) that should tell you everything you need to know.
