Hey peoples.

We have a XP Pro system here at work and they are looking to replace my laptop and we are having an issue.

We purchased Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 last year online however the email and details used to purchase it have changed as we merged with another company and took over there name.

So i am trying to find a way to pull the serial# used on this computer so we can install it on the new computer before this one gets trashed.

Anyone know how i can do this, i have contacted Adobe who has said they can not find the information on there system, unfortunely the person who purchased it was not kept at the merger and we have no idea how they setup the sale.. lol Its a total mess.

So before we jus buy it again we are looking to see if there is away to pull it from this PC.

It's probably in the registry somewhere, I'll have to check when I get to a computer with Dreamweaver (i.e. home).

Are you looking for more than what's found in the "Help. . .About" screen? Click it once, or wait for the credits to scroll by, and the serial number will appear.

Alternatively, you can try "Help...Online Registration" and see a code listed there.

I'm looking at Dreamweaver 8 for this, for what it's worth.

Try some free software. Download.com. Search key finder. Filter for free software. Sometimes they don't find all keys. I got one from giveawayoftheday.com. I put it on the flash drive and can pop it into any computer and pull the keys and save the info on the drive.
