Canon 100-400 IS USM L with the Kenko 1.4 TC

On a trip in search for birds.. i encounterd a Fox in the Field that was attacked by a Bird?

From a distance from approx 300mtrs i used the 40d With the 100-400 IS USM + 1.4TC.. even with this combo i was forced to cropp to aprox 50%.

The autofocus was not able to make a decent focus... (not enough light)!

So i had to go manually....
