Ok Right now I want to use this lens but I have no macro setup or a tripod I would trust, So in that mind set what can I shoot as long as its hand help and around the house?

A flash mounted to your camera isn't going to cut it as even with my 1d, the fastest sync that I can get is 1/500 Name is Peter and here is my gear:
