Are you saying you have the 70-200 f4 IS that you haven't been using lately so you want to use it around the house?

I charge $200/hour for English to English translation DerekRob! ;-)a

Many words, Well what can I use my 7-200 F4.5 L around the house because I don't want to waste $790 on a lens I'm not going to use for a while.

That didn't make your post ANY clearer. Huh?

a) there is no 4.5L.

b) assuming that you're talking about the f/4 L, you can use it for anything

That's a Corona.

And it's a scientific term for a water ring.

So yes, you could catch that, but you would need to have some damn good lighting in your house to get the shutter speeds that you need. A flash mounted to your camera isn't going to cut it as even with my 1d, the fastest sync that I can get is 1/500

It's not the synch but the duration of the flash.

Bohdan - I may be, and probably am, completely wrong.

I do have 2x500 watt lights I purchased ages ago since they were on sale and I could use them with my setup?
